This machine draws the bullet jacked from the "cup"
The machine is based on a 10tn Boelinder Munktell (model MH10F91) press, is fully automated using Siemens PLC system.
Principle of operation
Centrifugal type feeder feeds the sample to the drawing zone, where it is drawn using the system of dies and lubricant. All the operations are fully automated and sensors allows you to achieve a high level of quality and safety while using the machine.
2. Trimming machine (VLC-TM-02.2020)
Machine designation
The machine cuts the elongated cup for the calibrated length, which may differ for different type of bullets.
Principle of operation
The elongated cup is manually loaded into centrifugal type of feeder, orientated and delivered to lower rotator, and then to trimming zone.
3. Lead core production machine (VLC-TM-02.2020)
Machine designation
The machine cold-forms the core for the bullet from lead wire.
Principle of operation
The lead wire from the bay holder is transferred to receiving unit where it is calibrated and then cut. Then piece is formed inside dies.
All the machines are set with a modern control and inspection systems, based on Siemens processors.
4. Bullet assembly press (VLC-TP-04.2019)

Principle of operation
The machine has two centrifugal type feeders for core and jacket of the bullet. The jacket goes through additional forming and then is filled with core and calibrated afterwards.
