Welcome to Vladcom® – 1st Latvian rifle cartridge case manufactory. At the beginning we had set ourself the target to supply ammunition manufacturers, sport shooters, hunters, private and commercial reloaders with high-quality modern rifle cartridge cases. Our production facility designed to be as flexible and manageable as possible. Our current production method of rifle cases is conventional forming technology from cup combined with modern CNC controllers followed and supported with high precision measuring and testing tools. We are constantly following the product quality, in order to fit into high industry standarts.

Our product is well known among in Latvia, Poland, Germany, USA and Canada.

Case
Anatomy

We are able to take an order and supply cases in a very short period of time, as well as in small lots.

Our qualified employees have a lot of experience in manufacturing own machines. This makes us confident, that our factory will operate without stops and we will be able to fulfill our orders in time.

Every single case is annealed separately and has a proper hardness level.

Case mouth

Annealed to make brass softer in special inductor, that was designed by our team. This allows to hold bullet securely for many years and prevents leak of gas. Wall thickness is controlled with strict tolerances.

Case head

Has maximum hardness and will not be damaged even after multiple usages. Flash holes are made it. Case moMh is chamfered on with a very tight tolerance and both sides for a precise bullet are perfectly centered.

Case body

Hardness level is perfectly adjusted: the material is not hard enough for cracks to appear and not soft enough for unnecessary stretching. Full-body annealing is performed on the specifically designed machine in the multi-zone inductor.
